Community Request Form
Kenny Queen Hardware Store believes it is important to support the very communities that support us. Over the past 40 years we have gladly donated not only money but also gift cards & merchandise. We budget generously to support our community; however, sometimes the requests often exceed our budget and we are unable to support every worthy cause. Below you will find the application and guidelines we use to consider everyone for their donation. Please read through them carefully and fill out the attached application for review.
Please take a moment to fill out the Community Request Form that is attached and leave any additional information you have with this form that concerns what the donation is going towards.
We appreciate your cooperation regarding this matter and we will get back with you shortly on our decision.
- Only requests submitted on this form will be considered for a donation.
- We will not accept phone solicitations.
- We will review all applications from the previous month between the 1st & 15th and will notify your organization if we are able to help on the 15th via e-mail or phone. If you do not hear from us then we were unable to help at this time.
- Kenny Queen hardware will only allow one donation per year per organization/group/school/event.
- We only donate to organizations, not individuals.
- We only donate to organizations that are in Wayne County WV, Cabell County WV, Boyd County KY & Lawrence County OH.
